We know that your time is valuable, and ours is too. Please understand that our stylist schedules are based upon our booked appointments and when your appointment is scheduled, we reserve ample time in the day specifically for you and your services. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at-least a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. All appointments canceled, rescheduled, or no showed without notice are subject to a fee under the discretion of the establishment. Thank you for your assumed understanding!
