Permanent makeup also known as cosmetic tattooing is the process of implanting ink into the skin to enhance parts of the face that you may otherwise use topical makeup for. Carissa at Radiant Reflections is a 2x Certified Permanent Makeup Artist and offers lip blushing + ombré powder brows. These services are new to the Brooklyn, Michigan area & we are so excited to bring them to you backed by top of the line knowledge & training.

Lip Blushing
Semi-permanent cosmetic tattooing
technique used to enhance the color & shape of your lips. lip blushing is a progressed form of traditional lip tattooing and is specifically designed to curate a natural appearance with long-lasting results. this service can also assist in evening out the tone & asymmetry of the lips.
results lasting 2-3 years after initial 6 week touch-up. lips can then be freshened as necessary every 1-3 years.

Ombré Powder brows
Ombré brows are created using a semi-permanent tattooing technique. This form of cosmetic tattooing creates a full, yet soft brow- similar to the look of a brow that has been filled in with topical makeup- hence the name "powder" brow. Ombré brows are lighter near the head (front) and slowly become bolder through the arch & tail (end).
Results lasting up to 2 years after initial touch-up. brows can then be freshened when necessary every 1-3 years with a perfection session.
