Cancellation Policy

Radiant Reflections Tanning & Hair Salon has implemented a very strict cancellation/no show policy. All of our team members follow this policy and want to ensure our guests are fully aware. We know that your time is valuable, and ours is too. Please understand that our stylists' day to day schedules are based upon booked appointments in which we reserve ample time for to effectively perform your services. Out of respect for our staff and other clients, we request that you please provide us with 24 hour notice for any cancellation or re-schedule. All appointments cancelled or no showed without notice are subject to a fee and denial of future appointment bookings under the discretion of the establishment. With that said, we understand life happens and we will always do our best to accommodate each and every guest. We are grateful for your patronage to our small business, Radiant Reflections!
